ANYTIME! Just be sure you have a good graphics card. Integrated graphics is slow.

all OEM means is that the software comes without a box or an instruction manual. it doesnt mean its different. if you go on tigerdirect.com you see they have OEM processors which dont come with fans or boxes, its just the chip.
