ok, i just took out my graphics card to give it a clean by blowing off the dust and then slotted it back in again. now when i turn my computer on, it asks me wether to boot in safe or normal mode, so i hit normal, it just loops and restarts again, same if i hit safe mode, please help.

Re-seat the video card.
(remove & put back)

Also ... you may have accidentally affected the connection(s) to other mainboard components in the process.
Therefore:
- also re-seat RAM modules as well as IDE cables & other mainboard connections.

Unless you happen to have an onboard video adapter & restarted your PC without the slotted video card this will fix the problem.

First of all, you MUST disconnect the power by unplugging the unit. Then you can check to make sure that the card is completely seated, sometimes they can look like they're in, but really they aren't. Check this, plug the unit back in and start it up again to see if it works.

boot the computer into safe mode and reinstall the video drivers this should sort it out
