They always call at dinnertime about surveys. I hang up on them! They are annoying!

We have caller I.D., so we can usually tell when it's a telemarketer. My husband will pick up the phone and instead of saying "Hello" or whatever, he'll say (really loud) "Hey, are you selling fishing poles?" When they try to explain what they do want he acts crazy and tells them all he wants is fishing poles and hangs up. They don't call back !

I've been plagued with them for over 10 years. Thanks to Yahoo Answers they told me how to get on the "Do not call list". It takes 31 days to come into effect & lasts 4 years. Mine just kicked in this past Monday. I have't experienced this much PEACE IN YEARS! I forgot what life was like & I LOVE IT!

I tell them that I will answer their questions, but only after they answer mine, and then I ask a bunch of uncomfortable questions, like where they were born, how many children they have, where do they live, have they ever had a criminal record, do they like Snapple, etc...they usually hang up before I get to the Snapple...

they get the manual buzzer , i let them start to get into there talk and then i yell ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH into the phone and then just listen , if they ask what happened i tell them to continue and repeat , most of the time they hang up , if a woman call I sometimes ask her what she is wearing

Put your number on the do not call list!! That takes care of most of them.

My husband has this hilarious sales pitch he throws back at them trying to sell them a bird dog! Sometimes he'll agree to buy a bird dog from them but that's all. they usually hang up!

i ask for there home phone number so i can call them at home and annoy them, and if that doesnt work i try to be sexist with them
