Hi,
This is a matter of plugging the numbers into the proper equations:
A) A girl who was 34 inches at age 2.
Equation:
H = 25 + 1.17h (I used H = adult height.)
=25 +1.17(34) (Substitute her height at two for h.)
=25 + 39.78
=64.78
You can do the arithmetic and round off as you see fit.

B) This is the same procedure except with a different equation.
H = 22.7 + 1.3h
= 22.7 + 1.3(33) (Substitute his height at two for h.)
=22.7 + 42.9
=65.6

Try to develop a little more positive attitude about your ability in algebra. I believe that negative thoughts tend to unfavorably influence one's achievement.

Hope the math helps.
