Depends on what's going on...sometimes I lead, sometimes I'm content to follow, and more than once I've said f*** this and saved myself the trouble of walking

For me it really depends on the situation

depends on what would make the circumstance best.
if i need to lead , i lead with team-spirit.
if i need to follow , i follow being truly loyal.
if i need to get out of the way, i get out, but this one i do very quietly.
