27 = 3³

It is not a prime, because it has factors besides 1 and 27 (namely, 3 and 9). 27 is called a "cube" though.

There is the factor tree. what you mean by prime factorization, i have no clue and no, 27 is not a prime number.
a prime number is a number which is only divisible by 1 and itself. the number 27 is divisible by 1,3,9, and 27. This property makes 27 a composite number which is simply a number with more than 2 factors.
