He definitely has a chance. He has a strong following. He has won over much of my generation (18-25). It just getting people to actually go out there and vote. This is a very important election that everyone really needs to pay attention to. Watch the debates, reasearch potential candidates etc. But as far as Barack...he is the first candidate in a while that when I look at him or hear him speak, he doesn't seem politically corrupt like many other candidates.

As a white, Republican, cautious, non-liberal, Conservative Sasquatch --- I sure hope Barack Obama has as strong a chance as Billary does.

Sorry folks, the Clinton's scare the living daylights out of me. They have spent years fleecing America and I do not want to see more of this.

Yes, he is young and has little experience. JFK was similar. No, Obama is not likely a new JFK, I don't suggest that he is. But he is bright and courageous and a welcome addition to what I (personally) have seen in the past.

Unfortunately, me thinks that he is hurting himself greatly as of late with some of his remarks and ideas for making things right overseas.

So, maybe not this time around but I seriously doubt we have heard the last of him.

For someone who is against the war, but wants to bomb Pakistan, and has absolutely no experience, I'd say the only way he could win is if he gets enough lemmings to jump off the cliff with him.

Rove and the boys are angling hard for Hilary. There is too much good ammo in the can for them not to have Hilary to target. They don't want to see anyone else because Hilary will be easier to pigeon hole in a general election.

Obama will go away in 2008 and work on his presentation. By 2012 when he's going up against Romney or Giuliani, then he'll be tough to beat.

Obama's chances in 2008 are slim, at best. Partly because he lacks experience--and of course, sad to say, partly because ther's still a lot of bigotry in America.

But--I'd say he's making an important contribution as the first credible black presidential candidate. That gallls the right-wing (or the racists, if you prefer, its pretty much a one-to-one correlation). But he's setting a precedant--and an important one.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him take the oath of offias Hillary's successor in 2017, though! :)

Borat Obama has no chance

BARACK Obama, on the other hand, has a pretty good chance.

He doesn't stand a chance! All he's doing is wasting his money, same with Hillary.

Sen. Obama will not win the White house or even the Democratic national nomination. He will write another book this time claiming that America is too racist for a Black man to be President. Then he will gone on a I hate white Americans tour with Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and Ray Nagin.
