My short list (pick one):
--Having your mother die.
--Walking down the street....hearing a woman say "hello", not realize it was a part of a conversation, and then *recoil* when she *rants at you* for daring to say "hello" back to Her Royal Highness....geez. (happened just last night)
--People *spitting*. Indoors, on a bus, wherever. Sorry, I don't care how often you brush, *keep your body fluids to yourself*.
--Having housing management *harrass* people (me and my neighbors alike) on housecleaning inspections for the 2nd, 3rd time this *month*. o_O
--Dislocated shoulders. They *hurt* the first time....and stay in discomfort, for the most part, even after they've been set and healed.
And finally....
--Being lonely and isolated. Not having any friends or family in your life when honestly.....you *need* some kind words and friendly faces around more often than once in a blue moon.

Seeing someone you love hurt, and when you're trying to walk somewhere and all these people keep walking in front of you so it's impossible to get to where you're going.
