Is the old lady Ninny supposed to be Idgy!? They lead you to believe that, but then she says she is a Threadgood. She would have had to marry a brother??? the lil nerdy brother that said I see london... i see France... ??

Ninny isn't Idgy. Ninny was married to Idgy's brother Cleo. I can see how you might get the impression that Ninny was actually Idgy, but she's not.

I think she was married Idgy's brother, probably the little nerdy one. I don't think she was Idgy herself, never got that impression. Last name doesn't mean anything, don't think Idgy ever married.

Well, in the book it is NOT her.. In the book they meet her in the end selling honey in a roadside stand.. (they don't flat out say her name, but they describe her)
