I walked in on my sister and stepdad in bed. they were clearly naked and kissing. They told me not to tell anyone, but i have seen them kissing lately. What shall i do and who should i tell?

Its a tragic situation, where you cant really tell but yet you should.... some would say "talk to them, make them see sense" but I diasagree, your step dad obviously is old enough to understand what he is doing.
I would tell your mother if I was you, she deserves and needs to know even if it means ruining your relationship with both your sister, your ste dad and maybe also with your mother. She gave you birth and brought you up, she deserves respect.

Hey that stuff is urr how old is the step dad? that isn't right, just know one thing if you tell people you could ruin you sister's reputation while ruining the step dad's; so be careful on what you do. It best to tell people within your family which wouldn't tell people outside your family. This seems very risky.

Your mom for certain. The police if your stepdad is underage.
Newsflash, until she is 18, she IS underage.
Your stepdad has shown the worst judgement possible - and does not deserve to have your mother. For the love of God, and your family, tell her.

Tell your mom... it's the right thing to do...asap!!!... before someone tries to silence you... people have been murdered for less reasons. I'm sure you didn't intend to find out, but you found out for a reason... now be proactive and protect your family! That step dad of yours is clearly the culprit in this situation.

It is still incest even if she is only a step-daughter.
It is abusive to both your sister and your Mum. Your Mum needs to know. You do not tell your age....if you are younger than your sister, get a close family member to tell your Mum along with you.
