I'm going to assume you mean the factor pairs, not the set of prime factors of 196.

Let's see. There's the obvious 1*196. And it's an even number so 196/2 = 98, so we have 2*98. It's not divisible by 3. 196/4 = 49, so we have 4*49. It doesn't end in 5 or 0 so it's not divisible by 5. It's not divisible by 3, so it's not divisible by 6. 196/7 = 28, so we have 7*28. It's not divisible by 8 or 9. Not divisible by 10 or 11. It can't be divisible by 12 because it's not divisible by 3. It's not divisible by 13. And 196 = 14*14.
