Protein biosynthesis occurs on the ribosomes. Nascent proteins are sequestered in the ER from where they are transported to the Golgi zone. In the Golgi complex. proteins are condensed and packaged in the zymogen granules.

Depends for what type of cell, what is the cells overall function, The functions(generally) are: Plasma Membrane: A selectivly permeable membrane that lets only specific things though Golgi apparatus: A gland that proguces water, or salava like substance(depends on where the cell is located) Ribosomes: produce peptides that are sent on to the mitochondria for development. Endoplasmic reticulum: Ribosome scattered across split this little guy into two sections, the rough and the smooth ER. They all wrk together in the synthesis(making) of proteins. Hope I helped :)

Simply: the ribosomes, with protein, form rRNA which assemble other proteins together. The ER packages the proteins and sends them to the Golgi apparatus. The Golgi apparatus modifies proteins and either releases them into the cell in endosomes or packages them and sends them out of the cell where the proteins perform their functions.

Here we go. The DNA is separated and copied to form a single strand called the mRNA. The mRNA leaves the nucleus and randomly moves to a ribosome on the ER (endoplasmic reticulum) Here tRNA brings amino acids (the building blocks of proteins) to the ribsome and they of match up with the code on the mRNA. This forms a long strand of amino acids called a polypeptide chain. This chain goes into the ER where it folds and bends, forming bonds, until it becomes a functional protein. Then it leaves the ER in a vesicle (bubble type surrounding) and randomly moves to a Golgi body where it is tagged and it either remains in the cell or leaves the cell to do its coded function.

Large number of ribosomes are present in the endoplasmic reticulum(rough). These Ribosomes produces peptides(immature proteins) which are processed (now proteins) and then packaged in golgi bodies and passed on to the required site. If these proteins are needed to form plasma membrane proetins then they go and embeds into the plasma membrane. Hope this solved your question. :)
