If you're tired try to sleep! Sleep lots, because once your bundle of joy is here you won't be able to sleep and you'll be even more stressed out!
Drink lots and lots of water .. .you need to stay hydrated so you have enough energy to push!

Good luck!

Stay as comfortable and cool as possible. Don't overexert yourself working out in the garden or spend more time outside than is comfortable for you. At this stage any little or big discomfort will really make you grumpy so its best to just avoid overheating and overdoing things period. Swimming is a GREAT way to feel better in the late stages of pregnancy, if you have access to a pool or somewhere to swim. Even if you just float, you will feel so much better after 30 minutes in the water. Eat small, light meals, drink plenty of fluids and rest when you feel the need. Your hormones will probably get a bit worse in the first few weeks postpartum (or the might not, everyone is different) but usually regulate and even out within a month or two. Good luck!

I'm pretty sure that as soon as you see your bundle of joy, you will forget all about this exhaustion and stress!! You can experience some hormonal stress after, (post partum depression) but if you have a great support system of friends and family and can identify it early, you should be ok! sorry, don't know about the hot flashes!! Good Luck!!

Sadly, this is a case where nature will have to take it's course to 'clean' your body of those extra hormones.
As for how to help with the anxiety and exhaustion, the most that I can recommend is warm or cool baths (your preference) and some light, gentle music.
Hold in there, sweetie...it won't be to much longer.
