The list of colleges that are best in CS is pretty much the same as the list of colleges that are best. Look at any college ranking to get a list. The very best CS schools are MIT, Cal Tech, UC-Berkeley and Stanford.

While I can't give the best answer, my advice would be to check out different guides on colleges and universities. U.S. News & World Report usually puts something out every year about what it considers the bests colleges & universities. If you're still in high school, check with your guidance counselor, as they may have some ideas as well. Hope this helps.
