Business that was conducted today, going over the details of the conversations we had, in my mind, trying to determine if I made the best decision, that not only reflects well on my company's excellent reputation, but also leaves a very good taste in my clients mouth, creating a new friend, rather than just a new customer; for a lifetime of business deals between us.
