Is it fair she only gets 1 day in jail, 10 hours community service and 3 years probation? DUI's and reckless driving. She wasn't even charged for cocaine possession. Talk about your star treatment!

No that's not right at all. I say drop the DUI and charge her with the cocaine possession. Ha, I bet that would make her life miserable. She needs to grow up and act more like her own age not a spoiled 10 year old. She should do at least 30 days in jail and have to do 50 to 100 hours of community service. That might teach her a lesson.

I agree, if it was an "average" person, they would have gotten at least a month in jail! Talk about special treatment!
