Is internet just as easily available in amsterdam as it is here in Dallas, TX?

You will find that the Internet has taken over the world. You can get connections in Amsterdam that are every bit as fast, or a lot faster than your connections in Dallas. Most European countries have faster Internet speeds than the U.S. allows. Right now I am sitting in Vietnam and have a great DSL connection that gives me adequate speed and consistent Internet connection. Vietnam is about as third world as you are going to get and if you can get it here, you can get it anywhere.

well..having been to TX myself, the Netherlands is seriously far more advanced in terms of the internet than TX. Its not just the wifi which is available everywhere in Europe these days. It is also the fact that trains, buses, town halls, all public administration and anything you could imagine operates through it. Unlike the US where that is only available for the private sector.

You will soon find out your self as well.

Yes it is very easy. Amsterdam has also WiFi and most big cities in The Netherlands have that. So very convenient for your job.

I think in Amsterdam it is even better availability wise.

Also, faster connections are possible than are currently offered to consumers in the US.
Guess you gotta get moving ;)
