card reader?

I just brought a card reader and dont know how to use it.I want to add songs to my phone I Inserted the memory card into the reader and dont know how to add the songs to the card can someone help

Plug in the card reader w/ memory card in it. Open My Computer so that you could see the memory card as a removal drive. Open your music files. Press and hold Ctrl key to select songs. Click and hold on the selected songs then drag them to the memory card drive.
