Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen are not recommended during pregnancy – they’ve been shown to raise the risk of certain types of birth defects, particularly when taken in the first trimester. Some common NSAIDs:

Aleve® (naproxen)
Advil® (ibuprofen)
Vioxx® (rofecoxib)
Celebrex® (celecoxib)
Cataflam® or Arthrotec® (diclofenac)
Aspirin (multiple manufacterers)
Ibuprofen (Motrin®, Advil®, Motrin IB®)
Naproxen (Naprosyn®, Aleve®)
Nabumetone (Relafen®)
For women who have pregnancy-induced migraines or other problems that require more potent painkillers for normal functioning, talk to your doctor.

NO. Tylenol is safe; ibuprofen (Advil) as well as naproxen sodium (Aleve) should be avoided. When in doubt about what you can safely take during pregnancy, PLEASE either call your doctor or pharmacist. They are the most reliable sources out there for you.

Like the others said take tylenol. The last thing you want is asprine to get into your blood and go down into the fetus and affect your baby in some negative way.

No. Aleve has naproxen sodium in it and exedrin has asprin in it. Try tylenol or motrin.

Your not suppose to take anything without talking to the doctor first, in fear of hurting the baby. Call your doctor first, and if you cant call the doctor due to the hour, then call your local hospital and ask to speak to a ob doctor or nurse who is on call.
