You will have a lot of aches and pains in the weeks leading up to labor, esp. ones that feel sharp or stabbing in the pelvic region. The baby's head is the largest part of its body and puts a lot of pressure "down there."

Hope all goes well at the doctor and that you're dilating!

Totally nomal. There's a lot of baby weight irritating nerves, stretching muscles and ligaments, etc. Unless the pains are coming at regular intervals, it's most likely not contractions.

Well you may be having labor pains. My sister had labor pains for over a week before the baby came. GOOD LUCK and CONGRATS TO YOU!

It's normal, just some pinched nerves and stuff. Good luck with the new baby! How sweet it is!

ITs probably just these pains your body gets before you go into labor. (your not in labor don't worry)
