Clindesse another name for a medication called Clindamyacin is a medication that comes in cream form and is inserted in to the vagina at bed time to try and control a kind of infection called Bacterial vaginosis. The medication is inserted with a special tube called an applicator.

I have used Clindamyacin before and have found it helpful to me in the past.

Its kinda like using a tampon or douche. First, pull the stem out.(the end WITHOUT the cream) -- not completely out so that it comes apart, just far enough out that it is still attached to the applicator. Then you insert the applicator as far as it will go or as far as it will feel comfortable for you, and then push the stem of the applicator to inject the cream into your vagina. And thats it. You wont even feel it.

I have used it before so trust me, it's not hard at all!
