This is a tough one to answer unless we actually know who your mom is it would be really hard to answer this question. I found doing extra chores and asking my parent what i would have to do to earn the party to work the best actually since you only have a mom she is probably not going to go out anytime soon unless she has a new bf you get them to go out for a while while you have the party oh yeah you might have to shoot for less people 10 to 15 and your going to be a freshman Iam guessing its a very slim chance that is going to happen try 5 or 6 once you have done this then maybe your mom will let you have a bigger party. Good luck

Your intentions might be good, but few parents would allow what you are asking. Try making a compromise with her - instead of a "party" - what if it was an outdoor barbeque with some games and activities? Maybe you camp outside in tents for a night ... think of other possibilities that your mother might be OK with.

Get another responsible teen that your mom trusts to host it with you.
Do it on the weekend when she's home to chaperone.
Find another adult to chaperone the party if she can't be there.
Go in with an organized plan: what time, where, how long, who will be there, set up, clean up, etc.
The more info she has, the better.

1. (easy, cheap way) All you need is a rope, some duck tape and chair. You plan your party and 15 min. before your guests arrive, you tie your mother, you stick some duck tape on her mouth and there you go.
2. (expensive way) You organise a romantic diner for your mother and father/stepfather/boyfriend in a fancy restaurant, you ask the chef if he wants to keep your parents there 'till 2 pm, and you "accidently" drop 100 dollar/euro/... and there you go

Buy your mom a a full day spa package and throw your party during that time. Or sedate her so bad she won't know what's going on.
