I look to my contacts first..if none really moves me I look for thumbs up on answers to let others help me....this eliminates several A's...after that I look for A's with the most thumb's up...if there are ties at the top I analyze the A's and pick the best from them...if none of them tickle my fancy I punt and pick at random...this may sound wrong but it also gives a chance to someone who had no chance at all and could cheer them up.

step 1- give a thumbs down to all the meanies
step 2- thumbs down to all the spammers
step 3- thumbs down to the people u just don't like or u disagree with

If it was a generic question (Pepsi or Coke, etc.), I'd probably just pick the first answer. If it was a little more in-depth, I'd pick the one that stands out to me the most.

I would read them and give them thumb up and down then i would read the one i really like and pick the best answer

Like always, I'd look for the best spelling. Grammar would be the tie breaker.

I would for one ( if it took me two days) read each one, then make my decision. I don't chose the best answer because it is someone I know, I do it because it is the best answer. besides I know no one on here.
