This ONLY happens to Yahoo sites. I had to weight 20 mins to get Yahoo Answers to load so I could post this. No my firewall or anti-virus thing is not blocking Yahoo because, if it was, I would never be able to view this site. It is random for me. Yahoo might work or it might not. I had the same problem using the new Beta mail and IE7. I went back to the old mail, and I am using Firefox--most of the time everything works. It isn't a good solution though, but I can't get it to work.

usually that happens to me..
the best thing you can do is restart your computer,
i do not know what kind of computer you have so..
if you have a home computer usually restarting it will work.
if you have a lab top, you probably need to go near a window or to another part of your house.
