The following website is a fantastic 100% free resource for information about getting started in acting. There is information about classes, photos, resumes, agents, etc:

These following are the only places that are being widely used by casting directors. These are pay-subscription sites. Now Casting also has many other resources for actors and from my personal experience, I feel they are far and away the best of the three. However, actors generally do not have access to the "breakdowns" that agents access to. These sites only list a small fraction of what is being cast:
