Well...no not exactly, there's a case going on right now where parents had let their kid throw a party at their house...well some of the kids got in a car wreck and died afterward...the parents are being tried in all sorts of ways...but in Illinois it generally takes a death for something to be brought up...personally I think the parents of this latest case will end up in jail.

depending on age will probably determine the sentenance, but they could get them for several things, contributing to a minor, child neglected, just depends and they will probably do a little jail time and a good fine. I dont think the adults will do community service,but it's up to the judge really.

They are likely to get charged!

What rational parent would ever do that? Do they have any clue what the liability would be if one of the kids killed someone while intoxicated when they were allowed to drink it?

That parent would have nothing for their rest of their lives!

It's up to a judge what the punishment is

if these are your parents, what did they say NO to that makes you want to narc them out now?

its possible. they might also face fines, investigations by DCFS, or community service and parenting classes
