page of cups can either mean a bisexual/homosexual..
or may describe his appearance
youthful, gentle, effeminate...
or immature..

The reading is about YOU not him. You've been in a place of mild dissatisfaction with your life and met this guy. I don't know what role you expect him to play in your life but you seem to be losing touch with your inner strengths. It's not this guy's fault. Continue on the path of illusion and dissatisfaction and you stand to lose sight of your ability to perceive your world with clarity and confidence. This guy is not the major issue here. It seems to be your inner conflict with what you really want.

If you want to know what your date's sexual orientation is, ask him or date him long enough to figure it out. Quit overanalyzing everything!

Ethics of asking this question aside, it really depends on what spread you used. Different spreads can give different answers to the same question. Sometimes, its just different views on the same thing, and sometimes its different information on the same subject.

You're just going to have to investigate and ponder on the results based on your history of readings.

If you had come to me with this question I would have told you the reasons it wasn't ethical.

Why are you using divination to try and bump into someone's (obviously) private life?

It's kind of an unspoken rule among tarotists that you don't ask such questions.

What does it matter anyway? If you want to date him just ask him.

Your use of tarot is terribly inefficient and unethical.

Tarot is not a game.
