I have a bluetooth headset. I want some kind of an adapter for my headphone jack...?

Does anybody have any good suggestions as to where to begin looking for one of these. I don't even know what they are called so I can't really search for them. I have a Creative Zen Vision M and I want to be able to bluetooth the music from it, to the headset.
