i really love to act and i have been singing since i was 3. I have also been playing piano since i was 2 and a half. So i was just wondering maybe i could make it something bigger.

The disney channel casting offices are in FL and CA but even so you almost always need an agent for disney unless they were on an open call talent search.

Well, i just looked around a bit and it seems the main question someone who knows what they are talking about would ask you is "Do you have an Agent?"..
Either way, i found a site that list auditions from all around the US. Just limit the search to those under 18 and NYC and you got it.

find an agent in NY, they will help you with all of that.
I'm not sure but i think all disney stuff is filmed in LA & FL.
