I am 15, 182cm and 57kg.
The thing is I usually play with people who are between 80-110kg. I guess you must have understood what the problem is.
It is very difficult for me to muscle in and stuff. I don't go to gym.
What can I do to make my game better?

I'm 15 too & I'm not too big either. I know what it's like to play against bigger people. You can lift weights to get stronger, but that takes time. Try to improve your quickness. Big people are usually slower. Learn some moves by searching basketball fundamentals on youtube.com. Try spinning, faking, shooting, driving, & even passing. Watch videos of Tony Parker. He gets in the paint consistently against bigger and stronger players. He uses his body to shield the ball which means he has some interesting twists and turns in the air. During the Finals, there was a site that used video to show how he moves in the paint. Very informative.
