First which is better apple o/s or windows?

If windows then compare Toshiba and Dell.

If apple o/s is better than there is nothing better than an apple.

Toshiba and Dell are a good 1 2 and Apple is a whole different ball game. Also, dont forget HP and IBM as IBM makes some very nice laptops at affordable prices.

I like Apple for their quality, service, style, and OS. You can run Windows on Apple Macs, but if you would prefer a Windows PC than get a HP. If you don't like HP than Toshiba.

Don't get a Dell, I've seen so many problems with them and my own Dell XPS has lots of problems, although I don't know the average occurrence of problems with PCs since I use Macs most of the time.

Mac all the way. Dell is sure the classic one, but through experiences, it's really not the best choice. I've been using macs this year and it's really worked for me. I say get another mac, it very much suits you in the things you need to do everyday with it.

I don't think there has ever been a computer quite as good as the MacBook. The single most elegant computer on the market and a sure fire pleaser.

You cannot go wrong with a MacBook. Everything else is a recipe for a pack of trouble with software, Internet, and just plain useless grief.
