Due to excessive noise from my car's fan, I checked the coolant level. It was very low on water / anti-freeze. I poured in 3 and a half litres (approx 7.5 pints) of water and anti-freeze. 15 miles later it was all gone.
The car is now in my driveway. Two days ago I refilled the radiator and the water is still there. So the coolant is lost when the car is moving.
What do you think is the cause of this? Is it a hose? Is it easy to fix?

If it's that bad, you might be looking at a blown head gasket. You need to look for leaks when the engine is hot and running and the radiator is full. You can't drive like that. Every time you let the radiator get empty you're damaging the engine.
