I did. I live in the Chicago metro area and there was no Tornado Warning. Only a Severe Thunderstorm Warning. I saw some rotation and it was windy and there were no birds at all, so I was actually scared.
So, I just want to know if that happened to anyone else?

Nope, but i don't live in chicago....i live in texas, hah one week during summer the sirens would go on and off but the tornado would hit other cities around us, but it would never hit us.
