I'm pretty simple, I could get everything paid off for about $300,000 to 400,000 that is including buying a house, with land and a pool, but to quit my job? I'd have to say an extra million or two....so I could just live comfortably off the interest.

At 37, you would be stupid to supply up artwork now. you have an excellent variety of earning years left or perhaps at 50 and in the adventure that your organization is doing properly, you will possibly have $20 million via then in case you proceed working and making an investment.
