I'm an at home mum of two with a 110 pounds to loose. I'm a little stressed out compared to what my stress levels used to be. I barely have time to myself and am not too sure how to go about getting this weight off. It doesnt seem to matter how little i eat if anything. for every 5 pounds i loose i gain back 10. I want to feel good again!!!

i'm trying to drop about as much. i think i'm up to 260 now. i joined a gym a year ago. i'm what they call profit. i have many excuses for not going.......my two year old wasn't used to being left in the childcare room, i didn't have time, i was too tired, it was too far, i had to go to the doctor/dmv/grocerystore/grandma's house/beach, i got enought exercise walking aound the tarmac at the airshow. i've run out of excuses and now i've returned. my boy is three and loves the toys. this gym is at the harbor and afterwards he rides his scooter down the bike path and throws rocks in the water. sometimes my day is busy, but i can go to the gym and treadmill for 30 minutes. i cannot keep up withthe regulars, but i don't need to. i do what i can and i'm feeling great. now my husband is profit, but i'm working on him......he's got a bad knee/too tired from work/would rather surf........you get the idea. i'm reluctant to drop the membership, because that was the first step and i don't want to go backwards. i never believed in gyms even when i used to work in one, but the experience and ritual really keep you going. it's much easier than doing it on my own.

I think weight watches is a great program. Also make sure you are active every day. You need to get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes a day. Also you might want to check with your Dr. and rule out a medical condition (thyroid disease and weight go hand in hand). Good luck.......

I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation to find out if a hormone imbalance such as related to thyroid problems could be causing this.
