However, I do not think a childish toy or Disney dolphin would please me so much as a realistic one. But then, my man would know my feelings about Disney anyhow!

Depends on how long have you been together. If it's a while then that is childish. Maybe if you've only been together for a few weeks and you're 12. JMO

I would love it! I love stuffed animals....... it'd be cute and itd' always make me think of him (even if we broke up -- that happens to me with the stuffed animals I've been given by my ex's)

I would appreciate the thought behind the gesture, but it's not something I'd keep. I don't do stuffed animals.

I personally love dolphins so I would like it. Plus its the thought that counts. You could just not get her nothing and then she would probably be really pissed.

It depends on couple of things, like how old you and your sweetie are, and how long you have been dating. if you are both younger then that would be nice, if you are older not so nice of a gift especially if you have been dating a while...
