Hot and humid summer...with the cold, you can at least pile on more clothes, blankets, etc. to keep you warm, but with a hot, humid summer...there is only so many clothes you can take off...

I'd say a cold and hard winter is worse, because it's hard to get around. In the even of a hot summer, you just hole up next to the a/c at home or work and you can get a killer tan in a day.

They both suck the big hairy green weenie. But if I am forced to choose, I think winter. I can always throw on another sweater or comforter. You can only strip down so far before you run the risk of jail time. And you'd still be sweating. I've worked out doors in both, and summer is definately worse. Except for those college girls in shorts! Gotta love a college town in summer.

a cold hard winter is worse b/c all you do is stay inside and eat and get fat!
as for hot humid summer, at least you can go to the beach and the pool and escape to the air conditioner....
plus, you don't want to eat as much and therefore look better in your shorts!

Winter is awful. Atleast in the summer you can drink a cold lemonade and get tan. Winter is just miserable all around.

Cold hard winters are the worst. I like summers and warm or hot weather, you can cool off in water. I'm biased though because I like water sports, beaches, etc... Living in Chicago gives me experience in both weather situations.

I think the summer would be worse for me. I love cold weather, and things like stocking up on supplies come naturally to me. Im always prepared to not be able to get out of the house for 2 months for some reason.
