I'm running alot more, cutting out fast food, drinking more water and green tea and I'm not "dieting" Im just trying to get a little more fit, and lose hip fat but I dont want my chest size to go down.

It MIGHT.

It depends on how much fatty tissue versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts.

If its more dense breast tissue (like me), then you won't lose in the breast when you lose weight.

If its more fatty, then you will lose in the breast when you lose weight.

You will never know until you start working out and losing weight which one you are.

If your overall size goes down, then your chest size will too, but usually the proportions will stay the same.
