In my family we practiced home naturism that is clothe-free environment when we did not have visitors. It certainly helped for body acceptance. When I was around 9 or so we went to a nudist beach near Marseilles and the year after we went to a nudist resort some thing we did for over 10 years. I am bi but I m not sure it depends on that however my experience of a naturist resort made me feel very comfortable with nudity mine and that of others. I still go in a naturist resort every year on my own.

I'm actually neither, but if I had to choose...I would be an exhibitionist. It's more fun to do than to watch. I like the attention.

Niether Nudist's as myself are just everyday ppl doing everyday things except we are nude and unashamed of how we look and are much more happy about ourselves because we have discovered that being nude is not about sexuality its about sensual awareness of ones own humanity and being free to experience the earths wonderful elements on our skin without 2 yards of unnecesary textile. Nudity is Freedom in mind, body and soul, We were not created clothed our creator did not intend us to be clothed, only mans rules force the human species to be clothed Being nude is a lifestyle that is so relaxing and pleasant, because while one is nude with others none are hiding whom they really are as a human
nudist tend to have better personalities then most textile folks, because we have left the hangups, inhibitions, and vanity of the material worls behind us..
