Sure, if the price is right and I had the money, etc. They are usually really well done, and it would be nice to have everything new. Ever watch the new reality tv show called Flipping Out? That guy does a great job on the houses he buys to flip. All of them way out of my price range, but still quality work.

yes, why not? That is just a new term for remodeling.
We have friends that have flipped many houses and they put alot of work and energy into those projects.

Absolutely, That's how we got ours, We flipped it, it's like getting a brand new home, well worth the money !!! ;0)

depends on how it was flipped, by human or nature, it does make a difference.
