In the Free and Accepted Masons in the USA there is no significance. just checked the Encyclopedia of Freemasonry written by Albert G. MacKey 33 degree and Charles T. McClenachan 33 degree Master Masons and there is no mention of a Viking Ship listed.

It is a sign of great brave men. The Viking ship means endurance, stabiltiy, bravery and great Warriors. So the Freemasons use this symbol in comparison of their group. It is a great sign of strength, togetherness and Loyalty. Alt pa Norge !

The spirit ship is a common theme of Norse pictographs carved in stone, some dating to the fifth millennium BCE. The spirit's ship is most commonly found on funerary monuments, where it represents the journey to the afterlife and Freemasons use it as sacred symbol of reincarnation. I hope it helps.
