Which one of these options from photbucket would be considered the URL ??

each of the have a different link but I need to know which one would be the URL....Thanks

I am pretty sure the "direct link" is the url. URL is the http:// reference to the picture that is stored in photobucket.

Email and IM is just your email address or IM name.

HTML tag is the html tag including the brackets such as " that lets you copy and paste this into your html page to display the picture.

IMG code is a different language other than html. This is definitely not the URL.
