I just want a second opinion for the interpretation.

Cards do not have innate power. They are a medium.

G and L are both female...
G is L's teacher....

G has issues. Previous attachments have been shallow and self-serving. G can be so much more but has a definite outcome in mind that she puts too much energy into, instead of allowing the energy to flow naturally. She also doesn't seem to be able to let this go. I do not believe that the spread is encouraging G to continue with L. Only by moving past the whole issue is G able to look back with the "what was I thinking?" comprehension that she has been blocking.

I'm more of a rune reader than a Tarot card reader, but I'd interpret this as "She won't call L again, but it won't be a big deal to L in the long run because better things are coming." I'd also assume that L is attracted to G in a romantic way (The predominance of cups points to this), and that maybe there has been some physical involvement between L & G.

I would interpret the several reversed cards as a sign of a generally negative outcome.
The devil would indicate "worldly passion" and I would therefore assume that L was physically attracted to G.

The world generally represents conclusions. I'd read this a L having finally had a chance to get together with G. The card being reversed tells me it didn't turn out all that successfully.

The 8 of Cups would indicate "moving on," especially in an emotional situation (which cups generally represent)

The queen of cups would represent G, becuase the Queens often represent women, and cups are the suit of the emotions. Since it's reversed, I would say this G is not going to do what L hopes for.

The Sun is generally a sign of positive outcomes and new starts, so I'd interpret that as saying it will work out for the best for L in the end.

First of all what was your interpretation of it. Second of all.. the Tarot isn't an Magic 8 Ball. You can't ask it yes or no questions and expect a clear answer such as "Reply hazy, ask again later".
Thirdly, you really can't ask for someone else to interpret the answer you got. Everyone who uses Tarot cards knows that the energy of the person asking the question must be in those cards. Now, if you were wanting a reading done, then someone online could use their own cards, think on the question, do the reading and come up with an answer that might be better than just giving you meanings here.
However, if you still want meanings to those cards:
Devil: Don't let your own negativity hold you back, get into the swing of things.
The World: (Reversed) Fears and a feeling of carrying the world on your shoulders.
8 of Cups: Looking for something on a much deeper level.
Queen of Cups: Describes and emotionally sensitive woman.
The Sun: Growth and harmonious development in all aspects of life.

Don't know if that is what you are looking for but if you feel you need to get second opinions on Tarot readings, don't do Tarot and let someone else.

I don't use reversals for my deck. Also I don't do the line spread.
Devil is usually a person that over indulges, in alcohol, drugs, sex. Lives life on the edge. Destructive personalities.

The world is pretty much obtaining goals that you have struggled to have thus far.

8 Cups, is having to sacrifice due to being put in a situation , so walking away with doing the right thing.

Queen of cups, could be a catalyst , or another female entering life.

The sun is this phase of your life is over, after a bad period things are going to look up once more.

I don't see G contacting L again.

G is somewhat fearful of L, perhaps L gives off a badboy persona. G will attempt to forget about L, but will eventually give up and make contact after not being able to put L out of her mind. It will be nice for a time, but will not be lasting!

It's a surface reading. Everything is negative until a hill is climbed and an entrance is found in a wall.

...If you can't interpret it, what makes you think your cards are any more knowledgeable than a regular pack of cards?

Or do you think the cards have an innate power?

Why are you doing a reading for two other people? tsk tsk.

These cards are probably telling you to mind your own damn business, LOL
