Yes, this is typically the standard on all of today's computers. that is using cat5/e cable. if you had a gigabit ethernet card, with a cat6 cable, you can go up to 1000mbps!

That is the standard that is still commonly in place though gigabit ethernet 1000MB per second is starting to take its place

This sounds like a ISP. Yes, but you'll never actually get it. Thats the "max". You'll get a lot less.

that depends on what you're talking about

most network connection is about that
most internet connection is far less than that

so if you're talking about internet connection, yes, it's super fast. if you're talking about network speed, that's normal. there are faster network connection speeds out there, so i wouldn't say it's fast when you're talking about network speed.
