I think this is and awesome question and i have wondered about this to and was wondering if you get paid for your sperm... I would be very interested in doing a sperm donation.. I have heard a little about it along time back and the guy the guy i heard about did go and masturbate into a cup and i have also experienced once in a doctors office when i was getting a sperm count the doctor and a assistant made me shoot *** into a cup by rubbing my prostate it was a fast and really not like and orgasm i was not ever totally hard so i am wondering if that is way they do it nowdays or if they have a machine that takes it from you ... and again great question ! love to chat more about this Email if you like....

What they do is he goes into the clinic and the give him a sterile cup, then put him in a private room and give him magazines like the play boy magazine and things that will make him have a erection so that he can ejaculate. There is no one else in the room except him, and yes. It's basically masturbating in a cup. Tell him not to be scared or embarrassed because it'd so common.
