Some people say that red and white wines go with different food but I'm happy to just go with red!

I like red Cella or Lambrusco with Italian....except chicken Alfredo...then a Principato Principessa sunset blush is nice...most other times I pick a white or Zinfandel and I whole heartily recommend Fulkerson White Diamond chilled to 60 degrees it brings out the full-bodied taste of the grapes.

I usually don't drink anything with a meal. Afterwords though, I like a nice white or a blush.

Bone dry and chilled!
Preferrably with a screw top, can't be dealing with cork when i'm half cut!

RED..........has to be Chilean or Australian Cabernet Sauvignon!

Having one now whilst taking a break from cleaning the kitchen..........missing BB to clean....LOL......howz that for progress!
