I'm from Dimmitt and watched the game at work too. I was impressed with Lubbock's ability to get their timing at bat against Oregon's pitcher

I've been keeping an eye on it. I like the new pitch-count rules that they've made this year and having been born and raised in MA, it's been fun watching the New England team stay in the running.
I love baseball though, so I pretty much enjoy it at all levels. And in general, I am often impressed by the level of play. Plus, it's never a bad thing to keep an eye on future talent, who knows where these kids will be in 10 years?

I am pretty ticked that Taiwan lost a 10 inning thriller vs Japan. They were one strike away and the center field dropped a ball that could have ended the game.
I might have to root for a United States team now that my boys from Taiwan are out.
That Texas kid with the 17ks can pitch...

Good For You. Aren't They the US favorite??? I hope they win.
But im kinda torn in watching it. My Team Maine-Endwell of New York. One the state Championship. Went undefeated in Pool Play but lost in the Regional Semi-Final so just missing making a TV apperance. We are a tiny set of towns if ya'll ever wanna stop by. But im still watching it somehow. I want either Texas or Oregon to win it.

i have been forced to watch it sense it seems like everyday i wake up and its the only thing they are showing on espn or espn2 but i have enjoyed watching these kids play the game the right way without the suspesion of steroids. it brings me back to my childhood when i watch a kid make a fantastic play which is then followed by a smile brighter than the sun. if you haven't watched the LLWS then you should because these kids play the game the way it is meant to be played, with pasion, enthusiasm, and heart.

I've watched a few games, but I keep hoping that a local (Pennsylvania) team will get there one of these years. Williamsport would be bursting at the seams if that happened.
