I got pregnant when I was 15, so I was kind of forced to grow up,I didn't have time to just be a senseless teenager, but I was quite mature even before that, but I don't think I really grew up until I went through an emotional rollercoaster after an ahole with my head, it took a lot of time to get over, but it made me grow a little bit, and if it hadn't happened, then I probably still be falling for the same ole crap.
I still have my moments though, I can act pretty childish...sometimes it's fun, the perfect medication.

I think growing up happens in stages. Each experience builds upon the ones before and changes you. Some things that happen bring you pain and sorrow, while the memory of other moments will warm your heart for years. But, each moment of life is a chance to learn and become more than you were before. So... I've learned a lot and yet, I know I have so much more to learn.

I have 2 grown children, ages 20 and 23. They ask me that question all of the time. I simply tell them that when I start growing up is the day that I start dying!

A person doesn't grow up until they have gone through some hardships in life. A person doesn't know themselves until they go through some tough times. That is why some people don't grow up even in their 40's and up.
