O Damn this happens to me all the time. Is there no close restaurant to your college. Try to eat anything now like a chocolate or a bag of potato chips. I think there have to be some refregerators in the collage where you can buy snaks. Just for now and then you will have a good meal when you go home.

Maybe you should get your money and buy something from a vending or just go to the closest food place outside of your college, like, subway, a pizza place, McDonald's so something. I pretty hungry too :P

Go to a nearby fast food restaurant. Depending on where you go, it can be better than cafeteria food!

count your money (in private) or borrow some money.
do you own a car,bike,horse to ride to where affordable food is?something within walking distance?
family and friends available to feed you or go eat with you (you want to eat with).
pizza?buffet?bologna sandwich?
vending machine nearby if in a rush.
