Go to your Dr. right away and if he thinks nothing is wrong go to the emergency room. I had a pregnancy where at 24 weeks I went into labor and I didn't know it but I didn't feel right I was hospitalized and put on a medication that stropped things he was born 6 weeks later when my water broke. This is URGENT

If your cervix is opening up at 22 weeks your doctor should be getting you on bedrest or you could end up losing your baby. I ended up losing a baby girl at 21 weeks last Aug due to this.
